Accountability Partner

Accountability Partner: $35 / session

If you need a partner to hold you accountable to get the workout done with you vs a coach telling you then this option is for you!

Workouts Only

Weekly Routine: $25/Week

For those who want the workout w/ no coaching

Programs (3 month Commitment)

Basic: $300

2 sessions per week, Workout plan and bi weekly check-ins included.

-Nutrition guidance ($75 optional)

-Boxing($25/ session optional)
